So 2010 has now officially come and gone and 2011 has arrived and taken it's place. But as the midnight hour passes, I am a bit curious as to what this new year has in store. Will it be business as usual, meaning more of the same? Or if there will be a change in fortunes?
Hopefully we won't be starting off this new year the way we started 2010 and another hope is that we've learned enough from our mistakes from this past year to make better choices now. As long as that changes, I think I could be truly happy in 2011. Of course I wouldn't mind a change in fortune, meaning things panning out better for us financially that is.
But always on the bright side, at least we've got our health and we've got jobs and a roof over our heads. That is more then what so many people in this world have. It is often times easy to forget that we are and should be grateful for the things we have and shouldn't focus on what we don't.
Anyway, that all sounded nice and boring yes? I hope the ushering in of 2011 means safe times, fun, but safe and that the new year is the continuation or even a start to a time of better luck, fortune and all of that good stuff. Man, even that came out sounding boring...
To put this simply then,
