First Day of December...

For the first time (I think ever), I am actually going to post something here without a picture to go along with it. It would seem that Blogger has launched a mutiny against me (don't I wish I were that special?) and so this one is gonna be naked.

It feels wrong.

Anyway, what a rough way to break in December.

With a busted blog.

Ok, I'm over it.

I think.

And to think, here I was with this idea that I was going to post once a day (at least), every day, for the whole month too. But a month of stuff without pictures? That thought is just to dang darn scary folks.

I feel ever so slightly embarrassed, because to be honest... this entry, being the first one of this new self-made commitment, is nothing but a filler. I hit a tall and wide writer's block the moment I logged in and it ain't pretty.

Ok and that might be a lie, or at least it isn't the entire truth of the matter. I picked up (against my will... however that works out) books 2 and 3 of X-Men: The End and I actually enjoyed the story. I really admire that about comics these days, it seems Manga is more into the outworld-ish stuff and American comics are turning their characters to show a more human side to the heroes like the X-Men and Spider-Man.

What I've been dying to try and find out is how and when Gambit turned into a Horsemen. It just blew my mind a few weeks back to just pick up a comic and boom! He is full on evil.

One thing I do feel a little bad for is their mansion. That damn house gets destroyed so many times it isn't even funny.

I've always wanted to get back into comic collecting/reading, but I just don't feel the urge to spend that much money on it. At this point, despite the months and months apart, I'm still more interested in the Japanese/Korean comics. Namely Rebirth, which I am still waiting for!

Anyway...

I think that's all the B.S. I can muster for this horrible first entry of December. Yes, I am very ashamed of it and I hope it will never happen like this again. Another hope is, hopefully this no picture showing stuff gets fixed or tomorrow's entry will be as nekked as this one is.

We can only hope.
