With all things considered, I think it is a sound idea to make a change in pace and start off in a different direction as far as thoughts are concerned. Maybe to a certain degree, today's entry will revolve around a different range of topics. Then again, some things will be familiar or at least common. I mean I can't really go entirely rebel can I? Take, for example, Alessandra Ambrosio (pictured here, left). Yes! I am guilty of exercising my ability to post pictures of this extremely beautiful model once again. But so what!? I'll likely make use of that ability in the near future...Work was fun last night (lie) and I didn't get off until after 11 P.M. Fun times indeed. Counting inventory sucks, counting everything in the store: Brutal. But the overtime is nice!I am too easily convinced with such a simple thing. Still, I am glad that the counting is over now (and will be so for another 6 months). Friday will be hell though, since most shippments to the store I work at was held off. I say Friday will be hell because a lot of that stuff is coming in on that day...!Speaking of work, I have to mention this. I just love it when a customer will walk up to me and yell: DO YOU WORK HERE?Um...Well gee, I have the uniform and name tag on... I dunno... maybe I don't and am just a sick puppy who loves dressing up like that? You have no idea how old it gets when it happens on almost a daily basis...
I heard that the new Die Hard (Live Free or Die Hard) opened last night. I wonder if it'll be any good? Or is this another series that will destroy all else by ruining it's own rep by being a horrible stinker. Maybe I shall find that out for myself...And I still have not gone to see Ocean's 13. It interested me when I first saw the trailer, but as I saw it more and more... the interest kind of faded. Sad really, I enjoyed Ocean's 11 and 12 to a slightly lesser degree.Random thought: Why do girls wear skirts and insist on riding a moped or a bicycle? Or why do people ride their bikes and talk on their cell phones? I think I might have missed the thought process behind both of those examples...I am also happy to report that my XBox 360 hasn't gone and died on me or anything. Yet. *knocks on wood* I kind of want to find that bunch of clerks that helped me at Wal-Mart that morning I went to exchange that used piece of shit they sold me. I'd like to just laugh in their faces... god that would be fun...I admit it. I take pleasure (to a small degree) in pissing people off. I wasn't always this way, but when it seems as though the best I can do is piss someone off... what's a guy to do? I can't quite fight it, so screw it! Embrace it and go! Go! Go!Winning attitude huh?Anyway, back to the XBox... CC3 has been fun, once I got a hang of the controls and what not. Now that game has been kicking my ass, I've never been nuked that way or that many times before. Still though, the challenge is nice.I'd love to hang around and write off a little more about this and that, but I'm feeling lazy. Okay, so I feel lazy on most days and I know I could probably write and fill this blog full of meaningless bull stuff, but what would be the point in that? Nothing. Right. So with that said, I will end it here and now.Right now. It's over.Done.End.
I always search for a reason or an excuse to post a picture of a beautiful girl, and today's reason is... umm.... well because I just damn well can!? I think that is as logical an answer as I can give this matter. I mean it is Alessandra Ambrosio! Victoria's Secret model! Hot? Understatement of the year in my book! And with that said and done now, onto the rest of this thing. Writing. Whatever. Oops, lost my focus there for a moment or more.I think one thing I do admire about Alessandra Ambrosio over so many other models is the fact that she isn't bone thin like so many have become over the years. Now that isn't pretty and obviously not healthy either. What makes me wonder also is if she really is as good a person as I've read about so many times? I've wondered about this for a number of "famous" people, if they are really down to earth or if maybe it is all just an act in the end?Granted, a person can't always be happy and all that. I know and understand that we all have our good and bad days, regardless of who we are. Who knows, maybe someday I will meet someone truly "famous" and find the answer to the questions myself.Just last night, I was catching up on what new movies were coming out in the next few months. Among what I saw, here are a few I thought to be worthwhile:1. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix2. Ocean's 133. Spider-Man 34. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver SurferAfter watching the most recent trailer, I think I am actually more hyped up for the next Harry Potter movie, followed secondly (and closely) by Spider-Man 3. I am liking how the Potter movies are truly growing darker in tone and theme and the next movie appears to pack in a whole lot more action then any of the previous films.Random cut-in: Weather in Hawaii still sucks.Ocean's 13 looks funny, hopefully funny like Ocean's 11 and not 12. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy both movies but I favor Ocean's 11 more for sure. To me, it seemed like the characters lost a lot of ground in 12, which was sad in my opinion. On a funny and sad note collectively, my return to Final Fantasy 11 was meant with as much enthusiasm as a kid going to a dentist. As it goes, I think I haven't logged back in in about 2 weeks now. I don't know, I think I could jump back into it and get that fun feeling again, but alas... nope. The only feeling I got out of the whole thing was a headache. Worth $12 a month? I think not.Finished off .hack//G.U. Volume 1 in about a week, that has a fairly good story behind of it. My only gripe is the dungeon design is so bland and the monsters don't even roam. They just march in circles, just waiting to be slaughtered. Despite that, it is fairly good though the ending of the first game just drops off like a Korean Drama episode. So now I have to wait until Vol. 2 is released some time in the beginning of May. Joy....!And I think this post was semi-productive, if not just a mash up of random thoughts with a shot of male hormones to keep it all flowing. Man that just doesn't sound right...I blame that on the lack of sleep! Good night!
I admit it, I am horrible at thinking up titles that might some how be "catchy." It is a damn good thing I didn't try to get into some kind of advertising or I'd be out of a job and quick. But anyway, that isn't important because this writing is all about the good stuff. It amazes me how some things managed to be good, despite all that wasn't.What the hell am I talking about? Well, to put it simply...FINAL FREAKING FANTASY VI!...minus the freaking...I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it, I had to walk up and pick it up. And look at it. And again. And again. You get the idea. What makes it so much better is the idea that it just so happens that it'll be released during the first week of February!Hell I still can't really believe it, I mean after hearing stuff like SE may not rerelease it on GB or if they did, it would have been for the Nintendo DS. Scary how a video game can make such an impact huh? There is a little more reasoning to the excitement. Well, considering that this (and FFIV) are the 2 FF games that I had came so close to completing many years ago and yet was soundly defeated because of 2 very badly timed cartrige erases. I think the erase on FFVI was the worse of the two, just because I had poured so much more time into leveling and pushing basically the entire group in learning the numerous magic in the game.So here's hoping that this time is the charm and now I'll get to finish my unfinished business with both, once and for all.But enough about that, time to jump into some other stuff. If I was ever asked who is my favorite super model, I would answer Alessandra Ambrosio. She is the girl pictured above. Why her? Well, I don't really know if maybe I put too much or drawn too much of a conclusion based off of a simple thing such as a smile, but yeah. That pretty much sums up the reasons, simply her smile. It seems sincere, nice... ya know?Yeah, I probably would be the type that would get suckered in for basing a person on just merely a smile. On the subject of super models, it is almost funny how it seems that actresses today are far skinnier then models these days. I guess it is just the nature of the beast, the reason women are becoming thinner by the second. Or maybe they went on a diet and forgot to tell themselves to stop? Ok, that was a lame attempt at being funny. But seriously, yeah it is nice to see a skinny girl... but for god's sake, not to the point where you can see what she had for lunch (if anything). In the end, I hope it is all just a passing craze and maybe people will cut this crap out when they see just how bad it really looks. Am I making sense? I can only hope so or else this will look like one massive mess of words to be sure.Subject jump: TMNT. What a turn around there huh?In light of the fact that there is a new movie of theirs being released some time in the near future, I actually went out to pick up their first two movies. And to my surprise, they remained fairly good, even considering the age of both movies.Favorite Ninja Turtle: The one that can fight! My girlfriend hates me... ^^One last thought for the moment and this really is more just me thinking aloud at this point: I am thinking about writing one final story for an online group. It involves numerous characters that I've written about for a great many years, but I've not done any of that since it pretty much fell apart. Still, I am thinking of doing it as a good bye of sorts, to close the chapter of those years. It was because of that that I got into writing and still enjoy it till this day. Now it is just the matter of getting it done and posted that is the issue. I think I may even post it here if/when the task is done.
